George was the man who gave Dr.Hook and the medicine show the name. He and Ray and Billy was in the band Chocolade paper before Dr.Hook and the medicine show, he was fantastic on steel guitar and the best musician in the band, George had also lead vocal on songs like I got stoned and I missed it, Makin it naturel, Pennecille Penny. George left the group in 74. George still doing music I will post out a couple of great videos with George!!
