Billy Fransic was together with Ray and George in the band called Chocolade Paper just before they were discovered by Ron Haffkin and Shel Silverstein. Billy was the key board player and a great singer too he had vocals on Get my rocks off and I wanne make the women tremble and the voice on Wups. After George left the group Billy had the lead on I got stoned. Billy stayed with Dr.Hook all the time and after the break in 85 he went to the studio to do some great songs as Alabama rock and roll. Billy joined Dr.Hook feat Ray Sawyer in 1990 for a season then join Ray again in 1999 till he went sick. Billy was under recovering for some year but passed away far to early a couple of years ago. Billy was a great friend of mine we typed over internett and he was always soo nice to his fans. For some years ago I send him a tape with 4 hours video from his time with Dr.Hook as he says he had the memories but never on tape. He called me back and said he had tears in his eyes when he looked back at

his time with the great band, spesial when he saw the video from Shels houseboat. Billy was the dancer a great person we will never foget you!!
