Ron Haffkine was the man that discovered a band called Chocolade Paper, he gave the band the chance to appear at the film Harry Kellerman they sang the tittle track Last morning and performed Bunky and Lucille together with Shel Silverstein and Dustin Hoffmann on the film. The band was now named Dr.Hook and the medicine show. Ron and Shel picked up songs that suit the band so very well, Ron took the band from sucses to bankrupty and  great sucses again and his mother Sylvia feed the band when they were down. In 2006 Ron prodused Stoned a new album from Dr.Hook feat Ray Sawyer we waited and waited for this album but for some reasons this album never was releast it contains Too many mushrooms a great song written by the son of Johnne Cash and Anybody got Anja Ganja you can hear Too many mushrooms on one of my other sides on the fansite. Many things has been said about Ron, but without Ron there had been non Dr.Hook and I,m thankful for what he done!!
